Money didn’t distract him!

One cold morning in Zambia, our duat set out to give door-to-door dawah at the market center of Mutanda Bantu.

The area has a high population and our team figured this would be an ideal place to meet many people.

Unknown to them, as they moved from one trader to another, in the buzzing market; a certain shopkeeper was taking a keen interest in what they were doing.

When the duat got to his shop, he was eager to ask them questions. He inquired about the difference between Islam and Christianity and the difference between the Quran and Bible.

As the duat answered his questions, the shopkeeper was deeply taken in by the conversation, so much that when customers asked to be served, he told them to wait as the information he was getting was greater than his business!

Imagine that!

In the end, he asked our duat for a copy of the Quran and promised to visit them at the nearby Masjid one day. In addition, the duat also shared his number with the brother so that they could keep in touch.

For a cold morning, this encounter was very heart-warming.

May Allah guide the brother to Islam.
