When the iERA team arrived at Mr. Obadia’s farm he warmly welcomed them and attentively listened to what they had to say. Soon after the team introduced him to the GORAP topics (God’s Oneness, Revelation, and Prophethood), the elderly man was so intrigued and remarked,
“I have lived in this city for so long but no one ever called me to Islam. But today, after your words and kindness, I wholeheartedly agree to become a Muslim and I am very happy with your visit!”
He sadly added, “I was always aware of the existence of this religion but I did not know the goodness of it and how easy it is to embrace it; sadly many religions are emerging day by day and some are just business ventures.”
Mr. Obadia also accepted his wife to become a Muslim after he had previously forbade her from joining any other religion.
